**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled O&M Technician to serve as the highest-level field technical resource in the region. This role involves diagnosing and resolving complex issues across a distributed portfolio of C&I and DG solar assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong autonomy, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to determine true root causes rather than short-term fixes. This position is best suited for individuals with proven commercial or utility-scale O&M experience.

**Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and resolve inverter faults, DC field issues, and AC-side electrical problems across DG and C&I systems.
+ Perform insulation resistance testing, DC string isolation, current/voltage analysis, and inverter HMI diagnostics.
+ Make independent field-level decisions to safely restore production.
