Hire Resolve’s client in the Commercial and Industrial Solar PV Installation industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Solar Installation Supervisor in Pretoria.
Responsibilities:
Lead the installation of Solar PV projects according to the provided design. Enforce applicable HR codes and company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. Follow engineering drawings and install systems to specifications. Learn the company’s standards within the 3-month probation period. Understand the workflow and standards of project sites within 6 months. Be capable of running a full site within 12 months of starting with the company.
