Develop, document, and execute test cases to evaluate system performance, including load, stress, scalability, and reliability testing.
Conduct non-functional testing using both manual methods and automation tools to ensure compliance with defined performance benchmarks and quality standards.
Assess test results and produce comprehensive reports outlining system performance, stability, and areas for improvement.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Hands‑on experience in non‑functional testing across REST APIs, IBM MQ, and GUI applications, including performance, load, and resiliency/failover testing.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, or Python for test execution, automation, and metrics collection.
