--- Project Description ---
Oversee the day-to-day operations, as well as the ongoing
application development, of the HIE.

--- Day-to-Day Tasks ---
1. Work with program staff to analyze and document software and
reporting requirements, business / workflow processes, data flows, and
system interfaces.
2. Coordinate with developers, data analysts, and contractors on gap
analysis and logical design.
3. Work with business, developers, analysts, and testers to ensure
completeness of test plans and test scenarios.
4. Work with technical manager to ensure the development team
implements the correct software solution and the solution will meet the
needs of the program.
5. Work well in a matrixed team structure, often facilitating multi-
disciplinary teams...
