Key Responsibilities
Ensure code quality, scalability, maintainability, performance, and adherence to coding standards across internal and vendor teams. Conduct code reviews and audits, identify technical debt, and recommend remediation strategies. Review and validate low-level designs, including class diagrams, sequence diagrams, API contracts, database schemas, and ER diagrams. Govern architecture compliance and ensure implementations align with approved frameworks, patterns, and solution architecture standards. Define and oversee source code management practices, including branching, merging, baselining, version control, and release management. Monitor and enforce CI/CD pipeline adoption, automation standards, and development best practices. Proactively identify technical risks and recommend mitigation plans to improve system quality and stability.
