Job Summary:

NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a Software Performance Manager, Europe (SWPM) to join our Software Factory Performance team. The SWPM is working in a team, Performance, within NAVBLUE's Software Factory that builds the company's core products: software for flight operations. 

The role is key to contributing that the Software Factory produces software on time, on quality, and in the most efficient way possible in Europe. The SWPM focuses on the activities (project/process) across our different production sites however it will be dedicated to Europe, mainly Poland France and linked when needed with the other sites Canada (Waterloo Atlanta), Bengaluru (India).
