**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience with type systems, object-oriented programming, and JavaScript frameworks.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience with Angular TypeScript, Javascript, and Data Visualization.
- Experience with back-end technologies using Java.
- Experience writing front-end tests with a framework.
- Experience designing and implementing efficient large-scale distributed systems through the full project life-cycle.
- Experience with web services and API ecosystems, or client-server environments.
