What you will do
Work with Product Managers and UX designers to specify new features and improve our products.Develop those new features with the end user in mind, and write unit tests and integration tests for them.Lead the definition of the architecture of our applications on AWS.Have strong ownership of the team’s work and drive sprints to completion.Deploy and monitor our new features in production.Help solve production problems related to our team’s features.Provide mentorship to engineers to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers to their autonomy.Work with agile methodologies.Contribute to the definition of the team’s short and long-term goals.Experience and qualifications
