The ideal candidate brings **12+ years of end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll functional and technical experience** , with a strong understanding of US payroll regulations, schemas, PCRs, integrations, and system performance optimization.
This role will contribute to payroll transformation efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, build scalable solutions, and ensure accurate payroll delivery for one of the world’s largest employee populations.
