Roles & Responsibilities:
Application Support & Incident Handling
Act as point of contact for end-user issues and queries in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/ Enablon.
Prioritize and track incidents/service requests.
Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution for basic issues in eQMS/EHS applications like ETQ/ Enablon.
Escalate complex technical issues to next level.
Follow SLA and incident management processes.
Basic Technical Support
Assist in configuration changes under supervision of Architect.
Support data uploads, corrections, and validation activities.
Perform system smoke testing after deployments or fixes.
