Job Description
This role is responsible for designing and building a concise, user friendly data visualization tool that integrates information from multiple quality and operational systems to improve complaint monitoring, identify trends, and support rapid response within a regulated environment. The individual will work autonomously to understand user needs across design quality, customer quality, service, and repair teams, manage and structure data from sources such as ECM, Polarion, etc, and translate that data into clear, actionable dashboards (e.g., Tableau or similar) that provide a high level view in one to two pages. They will collaborate with quality coordinators who pre review requests, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and ensure the tool presents the right insights for specific audiences and scopes, ultimately enabling proactive decision making and faster issue resolution.
