Manulife is seeking a Software Engineer (12 Months) in the Asia Systems and Platform Services Team to support HK Retirement systems. The successful applicant will be involved with systems and application support of solutions that conform to Manulife standards. The candidate will need to have a breadth and depth of experience that will allow her/him to devise and support solutions that integrate appropriately within the organization and its application frameworks.

**Position Responsibilities:**

• Own and support a wide variety of systems and applications from a Level 1/2 perspective

• Work with business clients to debug or trouble shoot applications

Translates user requirements into software requirements

• Investigate database, code, Batch scripts problem from a support perspective to debug issues or perform analysis for enhancements

• Incident ownership and management with on-call requirements on a roster basis
