We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the teams behind SyncSketch and SpeedTree. SyncSketch helps teams collaborate and review creative work at scale, while SpeedTree is an industry‑leading solution for vegetation modeling used across film, VFX, and interactive content.

What you'll be doing

• Lead, support, and grow the engineering teams responsible for SyncSketch and SpeedTree.
• Drive improvements in team efficiency, execution, and delivery predictability by evolving agile practices, team processes, and operating rhythms.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and customers to understand market needs and translate them into roadmap priorities.
