Software Development Manager (Fullstack Background)

Our client is seeking a Software Development Manager with a strong software development background. The ideal candidate should have experience in Architecture, managing a team of Developers.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Matric plus NQF Level 7 Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Innovation, or related field
• Professional certifications in digital platforms, or IT governance
• 5-8 years’ experience in IT systems integration, data analytics, or digital channel delivery
• At least 3-5 years in a leadership role managing technology-focused teams across multiple domains (integration, digital, data)
• Demonstrated success in delivering enterprise-scale programmes
