Software Development Lead/Manager (C#/.Net) - Sheffield - New Role! (REF36). A market leading organisation in the healthtech space requires a Software Development Lead/Manager to join its growing and successful team.

Suitable candidates will have the following experience:

• Strong commercial experience in software development using C# .NET, coupled with circa 2 years experience in a leadership/management role.
• Experience leading technical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with Git version control.
• Process driven.
• Flexible approach and positive attitude.
• Experience with at least two of the following: ORM (NHibernate, Entity Framework, etc.), SQL Server or other relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), DevExpress components (Desirable), Familiar with developer tools such as Jira, Azure Dev...
