Job Description
Insight Global is seeking hands-on AI Engineers/Developers with a background in Azure AI Foundry / GenAI Application Development to support AI initiatives for a financial services client. This role is not a general software developer position and is not for candidates with only theoretical AI exposure or light GenAI enablement. The team is focused on delivering real, production-grade AI applications, leveraging Azure AI Foundry and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns. Candidates must have recent, hands-on experience building GenAI applications, not just consuming APIs or adding AI features to existing apps. Banking or financial services experience is beneficial, and Wealth Management domain expertise is a plus, but not required.
