Your responsibilities
Knowledge of installing and configuring software products remotely or on-site
Comfortable and experienced in executing individual training sessions and consulting with our users
Able to analyse and implement software process requirements
Willing to travel frequently
Your profile
Some initial work experience in software consulting is desirable
First professional experience in the field of IT support/IT service desk desirable
Good IT and/or logistics skills
Quick thinking and good communication skills
English/German speaker required
