About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Software Analyst Intern to join the Vital Software Engineering team at Hitachi Rail Canada. The intern will work under a senior software engineer, analyze and develop software, and support automation and testing activities in a DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and follow company processes for developing safety‑critical software for railways.
• Assist with software development and algorithm implementations for safety‑critical systems.
• Develop software tools and scripts to enhance CI/CD pipelines, migrating solutions to the generic Hitachi Rail CI/CD pipeline.
