Position Overview
Responsibilities - Working with youth at and in risk e.g. youth who are youth offenders.
- Provide case management and appropriate level of care through risk assessment, care planning, and interventions to youths at risk and their families.
- Collaborate with schools and community stakeholders to implement a holistic intervention and supportive care plan for youths and families.
- Conduct and facilitate groupwork sessions according to the curriculum provided to youths.
- Plan and executive community-based programme.
- Contribute to work teams and projects in the Youth Department.
Requirements - Passionate in working with youths
- Candidate possesses minimum Degree/postgraduate certification in Social Work
- Preferably trained in YLS/CMI (Youth Level of Service/ Case Management Inventory).
