Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentoring and counselling support to identified students and families
- Build positive relationships and support students' holistic development
- Conduct student outreach, learning journeys, home visits, and family engagement sessions
- Facilitate group programmes for students with social, emotional, or behavioural needs
- Identify and report students requiring additional support
- Participate in case review and case management meetings with school support teams
- Refer students and families to appropriate community resources and external agencies
- Maintain case records and provide regular progress updates
Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Community Development, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience working with children, youth, or families
