We are seeking passionate and dedicated Social Workers to join our Social Transformation Project, a six-year initiative designed to uplift low-income families (herein referred to as clients) towards a more stable and fulfilling future. The project involves the establishment of a dedicated community hub offering holistic and integrated support services — including career guidance, child and youth development programmes, family therapy, counselling, and medical services. The Social Worker will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team running the hub, providing case management and continuous support to clients throughout their transformation journey.
This role requires active collaboration with multiple stakeholders — including government ministries, statutory boards, social service agencies, and NGOs — to ensure seamless project design, implementation, and day-to-day operations once the community hub becomes fully operational.
