B. Casework and Counselling i. Manage assigned cases and case referrals. ii. Conduct assessment, planning and intervention for cases. iii. Develop and review appropriate intervention strategies. iv. Participate in and/or conduct case conferences. v. Document and evaluate case outcomes. vi. Complete case recordings and update client information and documentation in the case management system. vii. Provide supervision, guidance and advice to support staff, volunteers and student interns.
