Our client in Sandwell is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Learning Disabilities and Autism Team.

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct thorough social care assessments to identify the needs of adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs. Providing prompt support to meet immediate risks and needs in crisis situations will be part of your responsibilities. You will manage a caseload, ensuring timely and effective support for each client.
