Position Overview

JOB SUMMARY:
Social Worker will provide direct services to individuals with substance use disorders within an OASAS 822 licensed outpatient program. Services will be delivered both in-person and via telehealth, as well as in off-site community locations as needed to support engagement and retention. The clinician will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and coordinating care across ICL’s integrated behavioral health continuum, while adhering to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Conduct comprehensive assessments including biopsychosocial, SUD screenings, and treatment planning in accordance with 822 regulations 

Deliver individual, group, and family counseling services both in-person and via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
