Managing a case load of young people in care which involves working within court arenas, long term foster care, adoption and supporting young people into independence. Work included involves the writing of court work, care plans, pathway plans, adoption paperwork, life story work and assessments. You will be tasked with completing statutory responsibilities for children, completing direct work and supporting plans of reunification where appropriate.
