Our client in Solihull is looking for an experienced Mental Health Social Worker to join their Adult Mental Health Team. 

What will your responsibilities be?

As a Mental Health Social Worker, you will conduct thorough social care assessments to identify the needs of adults with mental health issues and develop personalised care plans to support their well-being and independence. You will manage a caseload of 20-25 clients, ensuring timely and effective interventions while also participating in the duty rota to provide additional support as needed. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, applying a holistic approach to achieve positive outcomes.
