Advert Social Worker (Throughcare & Aftercare) This is an exciting opportunity to join Renfrewshire Council s professionally challenging and rewarding Children s Services Throughcare & Aftercare Team. You will have personal qualities, professional skills and knowledge which will be applied and tested in all aspects of service delivery within a busy Throughcare setting. The post holder will provide a statutory social work service to care experienced young people and unaccompanied asylum seeking children, supporting their wellbeing, safety and development in line with legislation, Council policy, SSSC Codes of Practice and the principles of The Promise.
