About the Role

You will provide safe, effective and culturally responsive social work assessment and intervention for patients, clients and tangatawhaiora with a wide range of conditions, including those with increasingly complex needs. Work will be across both Napier and Hastings areas, with flexibility to be based in either office, often in the clients’ own homes.
