About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting and supervising approved foster carers, ensuring children are placed in safe, stable and nurturing environments.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster carers in line with regulations and standards
Managing duty responsibilities and working closely with the Placements Team
Undertaking direct work with children, young people and families
