We require a qualified and experienced Approved Mental Health Professional who can provide recent examples and references within the last five years of Mental Health Act assessments. We expect this individual to be able to respond to any Mental Health Act assessments of Denbighshire citizens both in community and hospital settings. As the frequency of MH Act assessments is difficult to predict the individual will be provided with a brief of work including duty and S117 reviews. We are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative and will provide regular updates on their activities and progress within a busy team.
