DescriptionJob Title: Social Worker - Comp Psych Emerg Prog Cpep - Mount Sinai West - Full Time - Day (Tuesday-Saturday: 10am-6pm)
Assesses and evaluates patients/families' social, psychosocial and environmental situations to determine patient needs.
