What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will be,
Undertaking Single AssessmentsWorked creatively to craft packages of support that meet the needs of the child and their family in partnership considering wider family, community resources and local authority servicesUndertaking regular review via Children In Need reviews, Looked after Child ReviewsAllocating caseload and duty systemUndertaking Single Assessments applying the assessment triangle and any such matrices that indicate levels of support applied by individual local authoritiesWorking creatively to craft packages of support that ...
