LaSante Health Center, a community-focused FQHC serving Brooklyn, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW to provide evening and weekend behavioral health services. Hours:

· 12+ hours/week, can be fully in-person or hybrid

· Maintain compliance with LaSante Health policies and procedures.
