Over the past few years Blackpool Children Social Care has been involved with Born into Care and implemented a co-production group to establish new ways of working to support families. As a result, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a social worker to join us in the 0 – infant service, primarily working with pre birth to 2 years. The focus is to provide early intervention and support to families to support, where possible children remaining with their parents and family.

Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload, undertaking pre-birth assessments, and co-producing plans with parents, families, and wider partnerships.
