Position Overview

Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Social Care Direct – Wakefield
Location: Wakefield
Pay Rate: £ 35/per hour
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker for our esteem client, your role will involve triaging these referrals, providing urgent responses, offering advice and information, and signposting. You will be responsible for triaging requests for social care assessments and safeguarding referrals.

Requirements for the role:  
Triage new referrals, including social care assessments and safeguarding, providing urgent responses, advice, and signposting.

Attend multi-agency meetings and lead new initiatives and team developments.

Utilise specialist qualifications (BIA, AMHP, Practice Educator, or ASYE Assessor) to support best practice.

Communicate effectively over the phone, handling varied, fast-paced, and crisis intervention work.
