We are looking for a motivated individual who can inspire others, build strong relationships, and bring innovative approaches to engaging local communities and key partners.
With social value delivery being a core priority of this contract, the successful candidate will act as the driving force behind community initiatives, carbon reduction plans and collaborative engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social value action plans with clear timelines and outcomes. Deliver all social value commitments outlined in the contract. Build partnerships with charities, VCSEs, colleges and community groups, including trainee programmes and work with Glasshouse. Influence and engage stakeholders, acting as the central coordinator for social value activity. Enter monthly social value data into the Social Value Portal in line with the TOM System.
