1. Community Engagement & Awareness

• Conduct household visits to register/verify beneficiaries using CNIC checks (aligned with BISP/Nadra data).
• Organize community outreach sessions:
• Explain E-Voucher redemption processes.
• Promote fortified wheat flour benefits.
• Train on CRM (Complaint Response Mechanisms) and PSEA protocols.
• Distribute IEC materials (flyers, display boards) to retailers and health facilities.
