This is a high-ownership growth role focused on scaling organic social performance across multiple platforms and markets. You will be responsible for driving reach, engagement, and follower growth across 10–15 social media pages spanning Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Working directly with senior leadership, you will own end-to-end social strategy, content direction, and performance optimization. The role requires a strong mix of creative intuition and analytical thinking, with a sharp focus on what drives virality and sustained audience growth.
