Position Overview
Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end performance of 10-15 social pages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Build, manage, and develop a team of 3-4 content creators and social media coordinators.
- Develop and maintain structured monthly content calendars tailored to specific markets including the UAE, GCC, and Philippines.
- Craft and iterate on hooks, formats, and creative concepts designed to drive organic reach and engagement.
- Research and apply platform algorithm changes to maintain and grow distribution.
- Design and run structured A/B content tests regarding hooks, captions, and posting times.
- Track, analyze, and report weekly on performance metrics to derive actionable strategy changes.
- Collaborate with the CMO and paid media team to ensure organic and paid messaging alignment.
