Responsibilities Create and manage the social media coverage of the groups' activities and events Present the brand and its culture in an appealing and positive light. Work closely with TL's regarding vacancies and the best practice to advertise/promote the vacancy. Draw up monthly plans with clear objectives to drive engagement. Produce monthly and weekly performance reports. Develop strategies around objectives and what can be done to get the best candidates. Meet required deadlines. Communicate with contributing team members and follow up on deadlines issued. Content creation that is clever, professional, engaging and generates the highest ROI for all divisions in the group Use copywriting skills to produce accurate work. Access social media platforms via cell phone as and when required.
