Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat)
- Manage day-to-day campaign performance, ensuring delivery aligns with KPIs and optimizing for efficiency
- Analyze performance data to identify key drivers and opportunities, and translate findings into transparent recommendations
- Support strategy development through audience, creative, and budget insights
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and platform partners to ensure seamless execution and innovation
- Oversee QA across campaign setup, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Contribute to post‑campaign reporting, learning agendas, and test‑and‑learn initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams (Strategy, Activation, Marketing Science, Creative) to ensure integrated execution
