Looking for: 1–3 years running social for a B2 C / local-services / D2 C brand → A real Reels portfolio with view counts (not screenshots) → Strong writing in English + Hindi/Hinglish (Marathi a bonus) → Comfortable on install sites — directing a phone camera, not just a desk
The deal: Full-time, on-site in Mumbai → ₹30,000–₹45,000/month → Reports directly to me → Real ownership, no corporate layers
