Position Overview
**Job Summary:**
The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the resort’s online presence across all social media platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, driving guest engagement, and supporting revenue-generating campaigns in alignment with the resort’s brand standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
+ Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to guest interactions
+ Execute digital campaigns, promotions, and collaborations to drive brand visibility and engagement
+ Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
+ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling
