JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Strategy & Content Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Xiao Hong Shu Drive content planning, curation, and rollout aligned with brand positioning and business objectives Uphold the visual and tonal representation of the brand across all social media touchpoints Collaborate closely with internal creatives and external partners to develop high-performing, engaging content Monitor and research global fashion, cultural, and social media trends to inform content direction Act as a consultant and key point of guidance for regional social media platforms to ensure consistency and best practices
