Job Description - Create, edit, and publish compelling visual and video content across all major social media platforms
- Design marketing materials including thumbnails, graphics, and branded assets using tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign
- Develop and maintain platform‑specific content guidelines to ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity
- Monitor trends, viral content, and emerging creators to continuously inform and evolve the content strategy
- Collaborate with the wider team on video concepts, storytelling angles, and platform growth strategies (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, vlogs, etc.)
- Optimise content for key performance metrics including retention, reach, shareability, and engagement
- Manage content calendars and deliver to strict deadlines without compromising creative quality
