Learn and understand Cantaloupe’s core products and value propositions.
Collaborate with the account management team to learn industry norms and understand unique client marketing strategies.
Maintain and update content calendars for each client.
Create organic social content for each client under direction of the Social Media and Community Manager.
Partner with the content and design teams to develop visuals and short-form video tailored to client and edit client photos and videos to align with client brand guidelines.
Monitor account activity and engage with audiences across client social platforms.
Work with the analytics team to report monthly/quarterly on client content performance with actionable insights.
Stay informed on social trends and platform updates to drive innovation.
Assist as needed on Cantaloupe corporate content needs.
