Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Assist in developing engaging visual and written content aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement, responding in a timely and professional manner
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics and generate weekly reports
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning, approvals, and content requirements
- Research trending topics, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimise content strategies
- Maintain and organise digital assets including visuals, captions, and content calendars
