Job Description
The Social Media and Events Associate is responsible for managing the companyβs online presence and supporting the planning and execution of brand events. This role ensures consistent brand messaging across digital platforms while creating engaging experiences that strengthen customer relationships and community presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Create, plan, and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Develop engaging captions aligned with brand voice and identity
- Coordinate photo and video shoots (in-store, products, events)
- Monitor engagement (comments, DMs) and respond in a timely, professional manner
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and submit monthly reports
- Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and content formats
