- Position: Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
- Location: Microair India Office (Office-based)
- Reporting To: Customer Engagement, Sales & Marketing Manager (Australia)
- Experience Required: 5+ years
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Time Zone Flexibility: Must be able to overlap with Australian, Dublin, and occasionally US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Mailchimp campaigns.
- Create and schedule content.
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics.
Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Engage with online communities.
- Escalate technical queries when required.
