Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, Tik Tok, and Mailchimp campaigns.
Create and schedule content.
Monitor engagement and performance metrics.
Customer Engagement Respond to customer inquiries.
Engage with online communities.
Escalate technical queries when required.
Trade Shows & Events Coordinate event bookings, booth design, suppliers, and promotional materials.
Manage logistics and customer appointments.
Website & Content Update website content.
Support Word Press and Woo Commerce updates.
